Returns & Exchanges

At Caffitaly, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium coffee experience; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened items or defective machines within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your coffee capsules remain in their original, sealed packaging or that your equipment is clean and includes all original accessories.

  • 2.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely package your items with the RA number clearly labeled on the outside and ship them to our designated distribution center using a tracked service.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
